Workshops & masterclasses
A capped room, a fixed date and a delegate list you can read at a glance the morning it runs.
Sell single places and whole teams, let every delegate answer for themselves, invoice the employer without asking, and know who actually turned up. Built for trainers, coaches, consultants and anyone who runs a session for a living.
What you can run
A free lunchtime webinar and a six-figure conference programme are the same job underneath: sell the place, collect the details, get everyone there.
A capped room, a fixed date and a delegate list you can read at a glance the morning it runs.
Free or paid. The joining link goes out on booking and again before it starts, without you sending it.
Run the same course every month or a cohort across six weeks. Set it once and it repeats.
Attendance recorded against the delegate, so the hours you certify are the hours they sat through.
Take exhibitor stands and sponsor packages alongside the delegate tickets, on one list.
Sell a block of one-to-one slots the same way you sell a room, with the brief captured at booking.
How a course runs
Price it, sell it to individuals and teams, collect what you need from each delegate, invoice the employers, then count everyone in.
Free taster sessions, early-bird windows, member and non-member rates, or one flat price. Whoever is booking gets checked at the point of sale, so the member rate cannot leak out on a forwarded link.
A manager books six places for the department and pays once. They do not need to know who is coming yet — the empty places sit on their booking as prompts, and they fill in the names when the rota is settled.
Once they are named, each delegate gets their own link. They confirm they are coming, tell you their job title and what they want out of the day, and declare anything the room needs to know. The person who booked never relays an allergy again.
Corporate bookings that need an invoice get one the moment they book, on your terms, with every place itemised. Card payers still check out on Stripe in the usual thirty seconds. Neither route needs you in the middle.
Every delegate confirms in a click, and anyone who has not answered gets chased automatically. On the day you check them in against the same list, so the head count you gave the venue is the head count that walks through the door.
The rest of the toolkit
The parts nobody puts on the course brochure, and the parts that decide whether the next cohort is worth running.
Run the same course monthly, or a six-week programme with one booking covering every session. Set the pattern once instead of rebuilding the event each time.
Printed workbooks, the session recording, a follow-up clinic or lunch on the day. Offer them while the delegate is already paying rather than emailing afterwards.
Bring sponsors onto a conference day or a programme and give each one the billing they were promised on the listing, in the pack and in the room.
Running a training expo or a conference with a supplier hall? Take stand bookings alongside the delegate tickets and keep both lists in one place.
Send the pre-reading, the parking instructions or the joining link to every delegate, one employer's group, or only the people who still owe you an answer.
Every course is marked as in-person or online and filtered that way on the hub, so someone looking for a webinar never books a room two hundred miles away.
